The Poetry Pharmacy

Picture

Welcome to the Poetry Pharmacy

Sometimes life can become difficult, and we can struggle to cope with our mental health.
You may laugh, but poetry can be a wonderful resource in times of emotional distress.
Here we have a selection of common problems that we all face, and a poem to help you cope with it.
When you identify a relevant symptom (feeling), click on the link.
Read this poem slowly. Then read it again later. Read it aloud to yourself. Read it as often as you need to.
You will find that the more you read it, the more helpful it will be.

Note: These poems should be used in conjunction with other methods of mental health.
